Perfected by the Spirit

Today we are going to take a look at a powerful question from Galatians 3: If our faith began by the Spirit, why do we so often try to live it out by our own effort?

It’s easy to drift into thinking that following Jesus is mostly about trying harder, being more disciplined, or performing well enough spiritually. But the Apostle Paul confronts that mindset head-on and reminds us of something freeing: the Christian life doesn’t begin with the Spirit and then continue by our own strength.

Together we’ll explore how the gospel of grace reshapes the way we think about discipline, spiritual growth, and the work God is doing in us. When we remember what Jesus has already accomplished, we can stop striving to earn God’s love and start walking in the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
